Benton Honest Cleansing Foam is contained in a 150 ml minimalistic plastic tube. The cleansing foam has a milky white colour with a pearly tinge. Its consistency is not very light, but not very thick either. It’s somehow right in between. When combined with water it creates a rich, soft foam. Not only does the foam thoroughly clean your face, it also removes makeup and its residue. Its scent reminds me of roses, but it’s a very specific smell I can’t really specify.

Honest Cleansing Foam

After a deep cleansing, the skin’s surface is free from dirt, pollution, excess sebum and makeup residue. The Honest Cleansing Foam makes the skin is brightened, slightly matted and the pores are visibly cleaner as well. However, if you tend to clean your face longer, the skin will feel unpleasantly dry and tight. In addition, I don’t advise you to use face scrub or peeling immediately after cleansing since it may cause unnecessary irritation.

The ingredient list of Benton‘s Honest Cleansing Foam doesn’t include parabens, sulphates nor the alcohol. On the other hand, it contains Centella Asiatica Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Ceramide NP, Shea Butter, Squalane and others “goodies”. On the contrary, the product contains fragrance which can cause irritation to the sensitive skin, so keep it in mind.
