I had discovered Some By Mi‘s Rose Intensive Tone-Up Cream in 2019. Since then, I used up more than 5 packagings of it. That’s how much I loved the product. Simply put, it’s a rosy miracle. I’m fond of its feminine floral design that gives off vintage-like vibes. The combination of white and slightly peach-orange colour looks delicate. I don’t usually use foundation or BB creams most time of the year. For this purpose, tone-up cream or tone-up sunscreen is enough for me.

Rosy tone-up miracle

Rose Intensive Tone-Up Cream works wonders as a base. It has a slightly pink undertone, which perfectly matches my pale cool skin type. The cream gives off a smooth, powdery, angelic finish without any stickiness. Some By Mi Rose Intensive Tone-Up Cream immediately brightens your face and unites your complexion. The product contains wrikle-care ingredients, too. However, I don’t find it very moisturising which is a minus.

Rose tone-up cream by Some By Mi provides a slightly refreshing feeling and it has a delicate and authentic rose scent. I always felt like walking through the valley of roses. The tone-up effect lasts for more than 6 hours. I don’t remember any time I had to re-apply it during the day. It also whitens red pimples a bit. I noticed this feature after a while and I love it.

Why I stopped using Rose Intensive Tone-Up Cream?

There were three things about this product that made me sad. As I mentioned before, I didn’t find it very moisturising. It actually felt a bit dry on my face and my skin is actually oily. The second one is that it doesn’t provide your skin with a proper sun protection, which is truly a shame. The third thing is, that after using it for a long-time, the pimples started to appear. Rose Intensive Tone-Up Cream actually made my skin slowly breaking out, but untill this day, I have no idea what ingredient caused it 🙁

Can be used all over the body

Rose Intensive Tone-Up Cream can also be used on the neck, elbows, armpits and knees to brighten the skin on these areas. It should contain 70% of Rosa Centifolia Extract.
